Not to be missed!

Some have asked why I don't give grades to books anymore. If I highlight them, I definitely recommend them. Since I have never written a book, I am reluctant to criticize , but I would love to be an editor- so I will tell you some of the books I feel are not worthy of your time. A Far-Flung Life My favorite read this month. Multi-generational story of a family on a sheep station in Western Australia. The travails, tragedies, and triumphs told in spare and elegant prose. Don't miss this one. The Things We Never Say Artie Dam is no Olive Kitteridge, but he is a good person and a terrifically dedicated teacher. This is a satisfying read that you will enjoy.
